Meet the Reports
InoCold sets out to ensure that the fleet manager controls and locates the fleet in real time and monitors the temperature of the cooling chamber thereby ensuring the quality of the goods transported. By using InoCold it is also possible to receive alarms whenever a vehicle enters or leaves a given predefined area. This solution provides the following reports:
Trip Report
This report shows a list of all the trips made by the vehicle and per day and detailed information thereof: Time and Place of Departure, Time and Place of Arrival, Driving Time, Stoppage Time, Kilometres travelled, Mean Speed, Maximum Speed and Number of Times that the Speed Excess Sensor was activated.
Route Report
This report allows detailed viewing of the routes carried out by one or more vehicles during the course of the day or interval of dates accompanied by a speed graph.
Fleet Management Technical Report
This report allows all monthly fleet data to be brought together in a compacted fashion such as: kilometres travelled, consumption averages and provisions, forthcoming maintenances, deviations of contracted kilometres of vehicles on rental regimes, fleet statistics and graphs with the evolution of the main indicators in the last 12 months.
Temperature Sensors Alarm Report
This allows access to all the temperature records (minimum and maximum) detected by the sensors, comparing them with a predefined temperature interval. This interval is defined between the Customer and DSC at the time of installation.
Door Closing and Opening Sensors Report
This allows access to information about the reading of sensors installed in the vehicle, crossing it with the vehicle, speed, km, date, time and place (departure/arrival), indicating the activity times of the digital doors on each trip and the temperatures at the end thereof.
Itinerary Analysis Report
This report allows the analysis of whether a given itinerary, defined previously, has been complied with or not. Additional criteria may be defined for controlling passing through a given location, such as, for example, whether the ignition is connected or not.
Points of Interest Report
This report allows detailed access to a vehicle or group of vehicles, verifying whether they have actually passed by a given point of interest and the date and time that they did so.
