Meet the Reports

All the information provided by InoEmergência sets out to ensure that the respective fleet manager is qualified to carry out the following set of actions: To identify, in real time, those vehicles which are closest to the occurrence site, immediately alerting the emergency teams, analysing the trips made and controlling all the costs associated with these trips. In this way, for this solution the following reports are provided:

Route Report
Report allows detailed viewing of the routes carried out by one or more vehicles during the course of the day or interval of dates accompanied by a speed graph.

Alarm Report
This enables us to receive alarms relating to digital doors (sensors installed in the vehicle); retention alarms (if a vehicle has stopped in the same place for a certain time period); passage alarms owing to milestones and marker incoming/outgoing alarms.

Trip Report
This report shows a list of all the trips made by vehicle and per day and detailed information thereof: Time and Place of Departure, Time and Place of Arrival, Driving Time, Stoppage Time, km travelled, Mean Speed, Maximum Speed and Number of Times that the Speed Excess Sensor was activated.

Speed Report
This allows a verification of any speed infringements committed by the drivers, correlating this data with the date, time and position of the driver.

Fleet Technical Management Report
This report allows all monthly fleet data to be brought together in condensed fashion such as: km travelled, consumption averages and supplies, forthcoming maintenances, deviations of contracted km of vehicles on renting regimes, fleet statistics and graphs with the evolution of the main indicators in the last 12 months.
