Meet the Reports
Inofleet Pro is the premium solution of Inosat. Customers who use it have access to all the reports made available by Inosat (with the exception of those which are carried out exclusively for certain peripherals. If these peripherals are not in the contract, obviously, there shall be no access to the reports).
At present, around 35 reports are provided which enable customers to gain access to reliable management information in real time. Some examples of the reports provided have been set out below.
Route Report
This allows a detailed analysis of the route and speed of one (or more) vehicle (s) over a given timeframe. Based on this information, it is possible to implement a series of measures which, in short-term, will ensure a more effective and productive use of the vehicle fleet.
Fleet Technical Management Reports
It allows monitoring the use of various vehicles, comparing the kilometres travelled and the kilometres in the contract, fuel consumption, toll expenses, inter alia. Based on this information, it is possible to implement a series of actions which allow a reduction of costs in companies (for example: exchanging vehicles half way through a rental contract, allocating those which have more kilometres to users who travel less and vice versa).
