Meet the Reports

InoServices aims to ensure that the fleet manager is able to carry out an effective management of the field teams, as well as providing a wide range of information which allows total control of fleet costs. This solution provides the following reports:

Travel Report

This report shows a list of all the trips made by a vehicle per day and detailed information thereof: Time and Place of Departure, Time and Place of Arrival, Driving Time, Stoppage Time, Kilometres travelled, Mean Speed, Maximum Speed and Number of Times that the Speed Excess Sensor was activated.

Route Report

This report allows detailed viewing of the routes carried out by one or more vehicles during the course of the day or interval of dates accompanied by a speed graph.

Fleet Management Technical Report

This report allows all monthly fleet data to be brought together in a condensed fashion such as: kilometres travelled, consumption averages and provisions, forthcoming maintenances, deviations of contracted kilometres of vehicles on rental regimes, fleet statistics and graphs with the evolution of the main indicators in the last 12 months.

Itinerary Analysis Report

This report allows the analysis of whether a given itinerary, defined previously, has been complied with or not. Additional criteria may be defined for controlling passage through a given location, such as, for example, whether the ignition is connected or not.

Passing Points of Interest Report

This report allows detailed access to a vehicle or group of vehicles, verifying whether they have actually passed through a given point of interest and the date and time that they did so.

Alarm Report

This allows incoming/outgoing alarms to be received from predefined areas.
