Meet the Peripherals

InoTransport provides the following peripherals:

Panic Button

This enables the driver to instantaneously send an alarm to the centre whenever he is in danger. The message may be received by the fleet manager via e-mail, SMS or instantaneous message, allowing him/her to go into action as soon as the incident occurs.

Immobilisation

Enables the fleet manager to activate the immobilisation of the vehicle remotely. This is possible by interrupting the fuel pump circuit and, consequently, causing the stoppage of the engine. For safety reasons, immobilisation only occurs when the vehicle is at a speed of less than 10 Km. This speed is parameterisable.

Driver Identification

This is a key that the driver must insert in a support placed for this purpose in the vehicle’s dashboard. Whilst the key is in, all the routes travelled shall be associated with the driver in question.

Pack Roaming (optional)

Enables the fleet manager to view the position of vehicles on international routes. The information is stored in the unit and downloaded at the control centre once a day. This way, you can obtain a reasonable cost saving in terms of communications. The sending of positions only occurs whilst said connection remains active.

Door Closing and Opening Sensor

Digital magnetic sensor, installed on the door which it is intended to monitor, which enables the unit to send information to the centre about the door status: open or closed.
