Navigator and Services Management Terminal, with a touch screen display which enables companies operating in the field of services to manage the team carrying out tasks outside the office, attributing and being automatically informed whenever tasks are completed. It also includes the navigation functionality which shall enable drivers to rapidly reach the locations indicated in the tasks.
The Navigator receives “work orders” directly from the control centre, enabling the employee to accept the directive and, with the use of the navigator, to take the best route until the point of destination where, after carrying out his task, he can forward a report to the company on the service carried out and request new “work orders”.
