To locate the device simply login to our application website (http://consumer.inosat.com), register yourself and then proceed to the unit’s activation. After that you can star requesting locations of your unit.
Inosat Child Locator users can build virtual fences (safety zones), with a minimum of 200 metres, and anytime the car leaves or enters those safety zones you will be promptly notified, via SMS.
Inosat developed a set of alarms that will notify the user of all the processes. For example, the user will receive an SMS every time the battery is running out or every time the unit passes through a virtual fence.
The device has a battery life up to 15 days and will alert you automatically by sending an SMS to your cell phone when the battery level is low. You can also activate the GPS Eco Mode that will allow the unit’s battery to last up to 15 days (with the virtual fence mode enabled, the battery life will have a more reduced autonomy). However with this Eco Mode on, you may have to wait a little bit longer when you request for a location.
A-GPS (Assisted GPS) is the latest feature of Inosat Child Locator and it allows a location even when experiencing a low signal status.
