Inosat, leader in fleet management through GPS, established a partnership with the Mexican company Indicium that will represent the company in the territory.

Distribution Contract signed today 27th of May of 2013

Inosat is already present in Latin America, through 2 branches in Brazil and Chile. This year, the objective of the company is to expand its activities to the emerging markets in LATAM. In these markets, Inosat is focused in becoming a leader in Telematics Fleet Management Solutions.

Nuno Baptista, International Business Developer, responsible for Latin America markets gave a step towards fulfilling Inosat’s objective by concluding today the negotiation of a new partnership in Mexico. Nuno Baptista said: “The negotiation process took approximately 3 months since the first visit until the signing of the final agreement. Mexico was my first target for LATAM market, mainly due to the strong growth of this country economy, the fleet market size and also for the excellent perspectives in terms of growth in what regards the Telematics Fleet Management market.

The Mexican company Indicium Solutions is since 2005, pioneer and leader in the Electronic Invoicing segment. The project developed by Indicium is extremely adaptable, being able to provide services for large companies to individual entrepreneurs, in any type o business segment. Indicium business model allowed them to expand its activities to different countries being present in Mexico, Argentina, Chile, Brazil and Colombia.
