Inosat announced the new feature the mixer sensor for the construction sector

Inosat knows that in the ready mix concrete industry, customers depend on getting the materials they need exactly when they need it. Since on-time delivery is critical, efficient fleet management is essential. To effectively manage supply and demand, dispatchers need to know not only the precise location of each vehicle, but also which stage of the delivery cycle each vehicle is in at all times.

The mixer sensor is mounted in a mixer truck to measure speed, direction and rotation count of the mixer drum, in real time. This information can be translated to show in real time when a vehicle is loading or pouring. This sensor works every time the vehicle is travelling. The Loading Status is given by the mixer rotation above 15 RPM. The Unloading Status is given by the mixer rotation backwards. A report is generated resuming the mixing activity during 24 hours.

ional presence. The company currently manages more than 70,000 vehicles worldwide and Inosat clients are making optimal management of their fleets by using Inofleet’s innovative features.
