Würth objective is to implement fleet management through GPS into its fleet, mainly equipping the ones serving the commercial area. Their main concern is to increase productivity levels.

Würth made a pilot test with Inosat’s Fleet Management Solution. The idea was to verify if it was possible to increase sales team’s productivity.

Through the integrated in-cab navigation and tasks management terminal, communication with the drivers became simpler, lighter and cheaper. Würth increased the number of visits to customers and prospective customers, maintaining the sales force. This led to a new process of scheduling and control, resource optimization, including costs reduction. The capacity showed by Inosat to customize the solution to Würth’s needs, especially integrating systems but also being able to develop new requirements was decisive in the choice of Inosat as provider. Würth Brazil is satisfied and year by year is increasing the number of vehicles equipped with Inofleet.
